The state of Minnesota requires that you be AT LEAST 18 years old, therefore, your parent CANNOT legally sign for you.
We advise you to wait a few weeks after you get tattooed and wait a few months after getting pierced.
For earlobes, all we need is the parent government issued ID and the birth certificate. The parent’s name on the child’s birth certificate MUST match the parent’s name on the government issued ID. If they do not match, we require whatever paperwork links the two names for the parent (marriage license, divorce decree, name change document, etc.) For all other minor piercings, you will need the child to have their own government issued ID where their last name and address match their parent’s last name and address. If they do not match, we require whatever paperwork links the two names for the parent and/or child (marriage license, divorce decree, name change document, etc.) It is important to note, that while we will always work to respect chosen names while addressing you, and will allow you to select your chosen name on your paperwork, any IDs must contain your current legal name.
At this time, we are doing ages 8 years old and up. A couple things to keep in mind, we require the appointment to be at least 24 hours out for children under 13 years old. This is to make sure that after “sleeping on it” the child is still ready to be pierced. Other things to consider in terms of readiness is how they do with shots and whether they are willing to get them done one at a time.

Tongue: 16 years old
Navel: 16 years old
Snug, Industrial, Orbital: 18 years old (we may pierce ages 16+ years old after a consultation)
Surface Tragus, Anti-eyebrow, Sternum, Dermal Anchors, and any other surface work: 18 years old
Nipples and Genitals :18 years old
